While searching for our first home my wife and I had the pleasure of meeting Tom. At the time he was the listing agent on one of the homes we viewed. After meeting with him and discussing our needs, we had complete confidence in his ability to efficently assist us with our purchase. Tom showed us many homes and was extreemly patient throughout our search. Tom's honesty, professionalism and excellent people skills eliminated all the worries and stress that normally come with purchassing an foreclosure. He listened to what we wanted and didn't pressure us to look beyond the standards we set. What we appreciate most from Tom was his great communication shills. Not just with us but with all parties involved. Throughout the whole process Tom kept us updated and was in direct contact with both our loan officer and the sellers listing agent. The relationships he formed with these parties resulted in a very quick and smooth closing. As 1st time home buyers Tom gave us plenty of advice and didn't pressure us into making a purchase.
