To Whom it may concern: Recently, my 92 year old mother decided it was time to sell her home of 45 years and move into an apartment. A good friend of mine recommended an Edina Realtor by the name of Tom Sommers. I initally spoke with Tom on the phone and it was evident to me that he was the person that would be able to work well with my mother. Tom was exceptionally patient and gentle in explaining the sale process to her. She came to respect and value his opinion (no small task). His recommendations regarding how to ready the house for sale were appreciated. His obvious knowledge of the market and perseverance enabled the home to sell quickly and easily for us.
