As we all know, there is a horrible epidemic that is spreading through the nation - it is called foreclosure. Many people are facing the reality that they may lose their home because of a hardship they have endured recently. Those who are find themselves in this situation, feel that they are alone and that they have no alternative but to let their home go back to the bank - they feel hopeless and have resigned to the harsh reality of what that will mean to their financial future.
The statistics are alarming - right now, 1 out of every 8 homeowners has already defaulted on their mortgage or will default within the next 2 months!
7 out of every 10 of these homeowners will not contact anyone to assist them or to show them their options. They simply feel there is no hope or alternative and they walk away from their homes and allow the banks to foreclose on them.
THE GOOD NEWS IS THAT THERE ARE OTHER OPTIONS! THESE PEOPLE CAN AVOID FORECLOSURE AND THE DEVASTATING REPURCUSSIONS THAT COME ALONG WITH IT!

Timing can sometimes be difficult if you have to sell a home before you can buy another one. Most people need the equity from the sale of their first home for the down payment on the new house.
