The statistics are alarming - right now, 1 out of every 8 homeowners has already defaulted on their mortgage or will default within the next 2 months!
7 out of every 10 of these homeowners will not contact anyone to assist them or to show them their options. They simply feel there is no hope or alternative and they walk away from their homes and allow the banks to foreclose on them.

Foreclosures remain on your credit history for 10 years or more! Short sales are not recorded on your credit history at all!
